TBR Pile Challenge 2022

In a recent post I had mentioned Reading Challenges, I usually do the Goodreads Challenge and then I cam across the challenge hosted by Escape With Dollycas Into A Good Book – Book Reviews, Book Tours, Book Recommendations & Giveaways too!

And while searching for books that are new releases and those that I want to read for 2022, I came across another challenge and we all have a TBR pile.  So here is the other challenge I found The TBR Pile Challenge 2022  This challenge was started by Adam (at Roof Beam Reader) and he is hosting his annual TBR Pile challenge again.

Here is how this challenge works:

The Goal: To finally read 12 books from your “to be read” pile (within 12 months)

Specifics:
1. Each of these 12 books must have been on your bookshelf or “To Be Read” list for AT LEAST one full year. This means the book cannot have a publication date of 1/1/2021 or later (any book published in the year 2020 or earlier qualifies, as long as it has been on your TBR pile). Caveat: Two (2) alternates are allowed, just in case one or two of the books ends up in the “did not finish (DNF)” pile.

Please visit Adam’s website here for more details.

My list of TBR books:

Local Girl Missing By:  Claire Douglas

The Sisters By: Claire Douglas

The Mistake By: K.L. Slater

Beartown By: Fredrick Backman

The House Next Door By: James Patterson

My Sister is Missing By: Carrissa Ann Lynch

What Lies Between You By: John Marrs

The Good Samaritan By: John Marrs

The Girl She Wanted By K.L. Slater

The Accident By: C.L. Taylor

One Perfect Lie By: Lisa Scottoline

The Minders By: John Mars

Have you done any of these challenges or have plans to?  If so I will check it out. I welcome your thoughts/comments, and as always- Thanks for Reading One Girl and a Book
